Tucked away down Mulberry Lane in Donnybrook is this little gem of a restaurant. One where we were easily swept away by the warm service, the celebrated attention to food producers and Irish food, where the description alone of gorse flower mousse with poached rhubarb, parsley granita and rhubarb sorbet made us want to start the meal with dessert (it could be a thing) and while it's not pictured in this post was declared Adam's favourite dessert to date (strong words, friends)!
A confit Goatsbridge trout, an Andarl farm pork , monkfish from Niall Sabongi , Donegal Rapeseed oil to accompany in house made breads and more- it was the highlight reel of produce that makes it no surprise so many are tempted back to try its near weekly changing menu.
Open Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings. Casual fine dining, the very best of Irish produce and impeccable service- I'm sold.
