We just returned from a last-minute whim of a trip to Belfast.  The last trip was with Emily where we whisked around to some of the most lovely design shops (Kiln and Loom, Maven!) and cafes.  This time was different, as it so often is with time and new company.  Adam has an uncanny gift of introducing history and cultural storytelling into a curiosity that needs exploration.  A tour of the Titanic Belfast, a Black Cab tour with Billy (highly, highly recommend) and suddenly the city's vibrant and admittedly troubled time becomes more familiar, more personal.  Looking now upon both trips it's incredible to see the city's transition again into a beautiful, influential (food, design and business) hub.

A little over 24 hours there and once again, city breaks are winning me over big time. DSC_0919 DSC_0930 DSC_0938 DSC_0939 DSC_0940 DSC_0946 DSC_0947 DSC_0955 DSC_0971 DSC_0979 DSC_0988
This trip : Market (St. George's Market on Sat/Sunday) | Hotel (Malmaison) | Drinks (Brewbot- for fans of craft beer and where a mean game of Scrabble was played) | Tours (as above) | Coffee (Established)

  1. Loved everything about these photos - the angles, the light, the details, the way you captured it.

  2. Your photos are beautiful! So glad you had a wonderful time in Belfast :)
