Quotables

Wednesday, October 22, 2014

(Growing up, I loved certain portions of my parents' Readers Digest. The quote section of that publication was always highlighted and earmarked and now my modern day Pinterest board is full of them. So I thought I'd start sharing some of my favourite quotables on the blog every now and again- for fun, for encouragement, for a little something different. )

If you want to be a creative person, then you're gonna have to be creative in how you put your career together. There isn't a path. Part of the creativity is making your path.

  1. I wish I had known this quote last year instead of feeling such anguish over my future!

Anyway, I love quotes, I used to put them in a special notebook, now I only have my Kindle notebook, but I may steal your idea to add those important quotes to my blog.

  5. <3 this. And mum and I were only just talking about Readers Digest! She said it was the only English-language publication she could get when travelling around Mexico and that six-year-old me used to love flipping through it!
