After night shifts, a busy weekend and a trip to Galway yesterday- sorting through the many, many photos of beautiful Hungary is proving to be a bit difficult. How do you tell stories of moments: the smells and sights uncaptured, the way the cool water felt like medicine on those incredibly hot sticky days and the taste of paprika in gulyás on a late afternoon.

Before I left Hungary, muttering how nothing ever seems to fit in your carry-on as it did previously, Bali's dad sweetly stated that it's always that way when you leave a place ''the spaces are full of memories now.''

And boy is my little heart full of them.

  2. I know just what you mean. It's hard to start telling those stories and memories. There's so many, and then when you start telling them, they start fading, or you can't get them just right, or you just want them to live inside your head. It's hard to begin.
