Jp McMahon knows a good thing. Aside from being a culinary director at Aniar/Cava/Eat Gastropub, chef, entrepeneur, father of two-he's also added teacher to that long impressive list.
Admittedly, walking into a cookery course in a Michelin star restaurant is a bit daunting; but Jp is down-to-earth, welcoming and it's easy to feel comfortable when he talks food. With week one on bread completed and five more underway, we are all excited to see what the next lesson brings.
And not to state the complete obvious, but Jp is a total class act.
