Last night we went for cocktails at the Morrison. I got to meet the lovely Emily, Julia and Alex, try out new flavours and for the first time ever had deep fried olives (seriously). As students, their old Lobo bar downstairs used to be the place we all headed on nights out --always good music, a great atmosphere and even better with your nearest and dearest in tow.

It's impressive to see how things have changed- it's now Quay 14; brighter, more open and still just as friendly. A little reminder that oldies can very easily become goodies again. And seriously (when allowed) every fun meeting with ladies should involve some sort of cocktails, no?

  1. Those cocktails look so delicious. I'm a big fan of cocktails too, my sister keeps talking about the Mint Bar on Westmoreland street, she says they do the best cocktails so that's where I'm going to try next!
