Flowers in the Green

Every now and again the sun peeks out in Dublin and everything is just better. People are that bit nicer, the city becomes alive and the little floral patches in the green look sweeter and even more idyllic.

Firas and I used to debate about flowers. I love and adore them but the ten euro and upwards price tag for something I am not particularly great at minding can be a bit of an issue. DSC_0005 (3)
So instead we took pictures. (apparently, it lasts longer) Even if one said picture happens to be one with hair swung up across your nose. DSC_0014 (1)
We can't win them all, but the memory still remains just as sweet to me.

  2. yes the pictures last longer, and i'd rather be in a field alive with flowers than have them dying in my house.

  4. I love that last photo, it's the candid ones that are always best I think! I totally agree, Dublin is so much nicer when the sun is out and finally the temperature was up today! I hope we get some more sunshine!

Emma- lol, Firas has a knack for taking the most candid (ha!) shots of me. But they are always the ones I love the most. And yes to more sunshine!!
